There are so many updates and upgrades to the UPAbaby CRUZ V2 that some are even referring to it as the “mini VISTA” - and there is no greater compliment.
The CRUZ V2 is now more compact than ever taking up even LESS space when folded. Today we are digging in all things CRUZ V2.

Why do none of these reviews actually load a baby in the thing and hurl it across some cobblestones?

Because they're literally just reading off the spec sheet and not "reviewing" anything. Go check out stroller workshop

Does the stroller fold to close it if the seat is front facing? Or do you have to flip it and then fold?
