I was lucky enough to be there and it was nothing short of incredible. Everyone was flipping out when the third coffin appeared on the second night, and then we were shocked when they dropped a Marvel cliffhanger on us. All evidence points to Momoko being the one who is going to be inducted as the new member at the upcoming shows, but given that Koba likes to surprised us, I can't help but feel like its too obvious. Maybe I'm so used to being swerved that I'm working myself?

Decided a long time ago that Yui was not coming back. I'm glad they are keeping the trio, when it was just Su and Moa it looked out of balance. I do want it to be Momoko, she worked her butt off at those concerts. Beside I believe she was screwed over in that Korean idol fiasco. As to the other 2 Avengers, they are busy with their careers which was the reason Momoko did all of the last concerts. Though I would like her to be allowed to sing.

excellent content babbimetal, I am 90% sure that it will be MoMoko, but if the greatest surprise in history comes true, I could see MoMoko sticking around as a fill in if anything should happen to Yui or Moa for a show rather than cancel or go on as two. But yeah the MoKoBanger or BMD with the introductions added back in would still be magical, whatever they do is alright by me, I just love everything about BABYMETAL.

My hope and expectation is Momoko finally becomes a full member -- PS: it's only been 3½ years (August 8th 2019) since she debuted as the final Avenger, but the _only_ one since mid-Feb. 2020 when Riho left halfway through the Europe tour. You said it best: Everyone loves Momoko except Yui dead-enders. IMHO Momoko has earned Yui's slot, if she wants it.

This is only my opinion, but I've got to think that Momoko Okazaki is the odds on favorite to be the new member. I've stated before that she a very talented young lady, she funny, and performs very well. And if she has to, she speaks English very well. The thought of the fan base as the new member is great, but it really won't float too well. A great gesture none the less. If it's a new member that is an outside, and I mean OUT---SIDE chance, I STILL want that person to be from Sakura Gakuin, it would make excellent sense, and it just feels right. If Yui Mizuno returns, it would blow the roof off the arena, see her again would be amazing. But I don't think it's going to happen, it does say "A new Metal will be born", so yes, and I love Yui to no end, her return would make no sense. If Yui is to return, I see it like this, that she would be there to welcome the new member to the group, Momoko or otherwise. It would be her way of "passing the torch" to the next member. I believe that would be a classy move, plus it would say that Yuimetal is okay with the new member. As for Momoko and her being overweight, I will say this, every time I've seen her perform she has incredible energy, moves very well, and is a delight to see. And she has a smile that can warm the coldest hearts, not close to Moametal's smile, but it is beautiful to see. So if her weight is the issue, the haters need to stop, she has absolutely nothing wrong with her and she is a excellent performer. Plus, if she is the new member, that night Su-metal and Moametal will have to keep up with Momoko, her energy level would be off the charts, she will be a bundle of joy and happiness that won't stop performing, even after the show is done. 1. It's almost got to be Momoko. I couldn't even imagine having her perform at this show and then announcing someone else as a permanent member. 2. If the comments about their weight referred to how they looked during Metal Kingdom, I wonder if they were wearing those robes over their regular outfits. That would explain why they might appear bulkier than normal. Moa, at least, looked bulkier than normal during MK but doesn't during the snippet of Divine Attack that you showed.

10:28 mm is just the name of the venue. So that seems pretty far fetched. But also not the first time Babymetal performed shows at venues with a letter in the name of the venue that matched.

This came up on my recommended the day I flew to Japan 1 year ago for my Japan trip and ultimately seeing this show. I can't believe it's been almost a year already.

Momoko was the Avenger when I saw BabyMetal in Seattle. She was great. It’s fascinating that they’re doing a show in Yui and Momo’s hometown. I’d love to hear a Mo-banger. I don’t think Yui will return. I would be happy if she would attend and just be acknowledged. Then we’d all know she’s ok. Of course the crowd would go bonkers. So the show starts a little late. It would only be an hour or two.

I know many of "The One" still hope for a YuiMetal comeback and I do too! But like you said Momoko is probably the odds favorite. But let's say Momoko was asked and for some reason she said her role with BABYMETAL is fine the way it is. Momoko may have other plans for herself. We just don't know. As for the the youngsters you named I think you are right that they are just too young right now. KobaMetal was maybe giving the youngsters a taste of what could be for their future. KobaMetal is calculating future metal acts? Riho and Kano could be possibilities but slim ones. I think we could really be surprised. Saki Ooga? Hana Taguchi? Marina Horuchi? Well they all have a history with Su and Moa. Who ever it is I hope Su and Moa have had some input with KobaMetal.

Nicely done. I want Momoko to be the new member. She's done a great job with them so far and I see no reason anyone beside Yui who could really get the job. Here's something I think may also happen. So far from the new album even with all the snippets released. I haven't really heard another voice besides Su's and Moa's. It would be a little weird to add a third after the album is recorded and then she's singing all the part during the concerts. Would make every song from the new album sound different than the recording. But this could hint that another album with the new member singing on it, is on the way. Especially if most of this album was recorded during the lockdown period. Their writers had a lot of time on their hands and by the number of other artists who are also putting out new albums. They may have written a lot of songs for Babymetal during this time. Su and Moa might have written some more songs themselves. But I can almost smell another album coming. And soon. But as they say Only the Foxgod Knows

I think Metal Kingdom has cemented Su as the official queen of metal. The maturity in her voice is absolutely astounding and I think this opens up a whole new chapter to Babymetal. What would be Babymetal without Moa and Yui. Such an essential, talented part to the whole band, but if we can't have Yui, then I believe that Momoko has more than proven herself to be the next essential part of the Babymetal journey.

here 7 months after we got our new member, who was MOMOMETAL. i’m so happy the girls got a new member, and i’d like to discuss so here are my thoughts no one asked for. it was hard for me myself to get over YUIMETAL’s departure, but when i’m stoked that MOMOMETAL joined the group.

Yes there are some very weird people out there, and that is why they have to be kept from their fans. A pity, but I would rather they were left alone than hounded by press and freaks. I had not heard that nonsense about them being pregnant, like yeah embarking on a world tour is exactly what an expectant mother is going to do, I think both girls look amazing, and are fantastic role models to young women, especially Japanese young women to what you can achieve by following your own road and not conforming just to satisfy your critics.

Another reason why I think it's Momoko is, not only that she's the only avenger left, it's also that she came back after being eliminated in GP999. She could've done other things, but she still chose to come back (idk if she was asked or it's her decision lol) knowing other Avengers are now working with their own projects (Riho going solo, Kano in @onefive). I also thought before that she's probably not coming back like the other Avengers because she already did GP999 but thankfully she did. That's why I thought, maybe they probably have more plans for her? because why only bring her back for 2 shows? lol That's all and yep I'm for Momoko being the 3rd Member. Anyway, great video!
