The last 4 pieces are particularly interesting because there is this... Let's call it a "book" called _Land of the Lustrous_ where there are 3 kinds of people. 1. Admirabilis = Flesh 2. Gems = Bone 3. Lunarians = Soul Before these kind of people existed, they were all one species made of bone, flesh, and soul. They were called "humans" The book is deeper than that, but the author/artist is also asian so I find it highly intriguing that Robert Jun has a very similar seperation of "the human body" in his fashion collection.

Love this! Also interesting how much your description of the collection describes the planet Saturn in astrology. For example, Saturn rules time and cycles of time aka the seasons of our lives. It rules the bones and skin (and teeth)… Saturn gives structure and form (be it a building or the human body). Saturn is currently in the sign of Pisces (the last of the signs) and is ruled by Neptune. Neptune is formless and timeless…like the soul. I’ve never looked Wun’s natal chart but I’d be willing to guess he’s got personal planets in Capricorn/Pisces and/or prominent Saturn/Neptune placements💜

I have a serious question about the model in the galaxy dress. And I mean no disrespect. But are her arms that long? Or is the image just messing up her proportions

I love love this show and the concept and nearly all the execution, but I will say I don’t love the bones look. The arms just swinging and the shapes are very spirit Halloween costume imo. Bones are such an amazing thing, I’ve seen some truly incredible art made with bones that would fit the tone of this show much better. Everything was so clean and well made and then there’s the swinging bone arms.

This isn't a collection. You cant pull together completely unrelated looks into a collection by coming up with a nonsense explanation. In addition, it doesn't speak to contemporary culture. It reminds me of a fashion school design.

Too "Costumey". They are Great! But it's a little too literal for me, More like Costumes for characters in a Movie or T.V. Show.

I love the skin dress, but the bones and the flesh piece look tacky and uninspired in my opinion. I think the adaption was too literal for these two pieces to be truly interesting.

So on the nose. There’s no mystery, everything is so literal. Sky blue to symbolize the sky… groundbreaking. It looks arts and craftsy. No thanks.

So who is gonna wear this. 😢 this is like a fancy dress pageant
