as mentioned in swami jis book...Yes you can , only regulations are that you should be vegetarian. Sri suktam ki sadhana 3 years ki hoti hai. 11 times chanting + visualising lakshmi-narayan on heart chakra area for 5 min. in morning after bath and applying saffron tilak ( saffron thread 2-3 in water and apply it) and 5 times in night +visualising lakshmi-narayan on heart chakra area for 5 min after washing hands and feet...Sexual abstainance (brahmacharya) is not needed during 3 yeaars, but it would help to control lust as it increases inner strength...brhmacharya ka palan 3 saal baad 16 din ke purushcharan mein karne ki avashkta hogi.....ALSO MUST KEEP IN MIND to be kind and compassionate.

Swami ji Pranam, please answer my question if possible. Can widows chant Lalita Sahasranama ? Can it be recited daily without being initiated into Sri Vidya? Will it have negative effects if only the Sahasranama is recited without any other rituals?

Though I'm nobody to speak on this, but Swamiji has always said that anyone, regardless of their circumstances, can call upon the Divine Mother in any condition. You just need devotion and love. Moreover, you don't need initiation in Sri Vidya to chant Lalita Sahasranamam. There can be no negative effects as you're chanting the names of the purest and most kind Mother Divine. 🙏 Jai Sri Hari!

First time I am seeing a very controversial topic covered by Guruji 🙏here. I am not sure if the video fully covered his talk, but the video leaves one with a thought , then its ok to splurge on lust at least with the rightful partner. Then why so much hooplah against it in spirituality? Was Osho's way of teachings/life was right after all? Having said I am not sure if a man and woman can be benchmarked in the same way? Not saying man can do what he wants, but a woman plays a stronger role in a family and society in upholding the values since a woman is wired in a way biologically better than man. And evolution of man over centuries conquesting, competing ,fighting for survival has shaped the mentality differently. When any human being brings out the demonic qualities inside even for sake of survival, it permeates into areas more than societal or professional aspects. When such a person comes home, he expects peace and ground back to the core values which his woman preserved by remaining at home and was able to be calm and steadfast. Of course in modern era, this is changing with women playing the breadwinner role as well. But then she still becomes the first human to influence a child and hence bears higher power and hence tends to bear higher moral responsibility? This video however could be taken out of context when ending with Nothing matters in the end - as an advocacy for dwelling into one's natural tendencies and desires 🙂

It will definitely work with marrying one person for rest of life,the condition is sense fulfilment should not be ultimate goal,it should be part of married life ,also nothing can be constent in life everything changes itself with time ,so the up,downs ,the happiness and sorrows should be part of life it doesn't matter whether it's married life or single life,Most important, marrying with one person for whole life ,gives tremendous trust, emotions support, financial support,social support,the list is countless ,and yes most important peace of mind can be achieved by marrying single person for rest of life !

True, marriages are truly made in heaven, just that one doesn't know that heaven shares building with hell next to it😅. Jokes apart, selecting the right person is the true key but still relying on another person for your own mental peace and happiness would be foolishness. Having spiritually embedded in your marital relationship is your safety net.
