When my daughter in law and son announced their pregnancy I decided to crochet this beautiful blanket. I am pleased to say it was given to the BABIES at Easter! I just finished mine and it is so cute. I made 14 white circles * just the circles and attached them to the back of the Blanket so that the back of the bunny face is well covered and the knots will not be pulled on, by little hands.:)

I made the blue bear blanket version for my baby boy last year. I was so proud of it. And then it fell off his pram in a store and someone stole it instead of handing it in. I'm so devastated that it's gone.

I've done many crochet tutorials, but yours are supreme because you go very slowly and show very good close-ups of what you're working, you never leave us hanging at a hard spot (which I love!), and you are so clear and thorough with your instructions. I so wish you could put out MORE crochet videos! I have a 4½ yr old granddaughter who isn't a newborn anymore, but I want to make her something. I've already made your sweater, and cardigan ,which is probably too big because I don't know how to do the 3-6 month version, but I used a heavier weight yarn to make it larger, but it's so large, she may have to wait until she's a toddler to wear it 😂. This is an excellent video tutorial which I feel very lucky to have come across. The whole concept of the bunny blanket is very cute but not only do we learn how to do the actual bunny , we learn how to change a circle into a square. I can do this but it’s different and not in trebles like this one. I find the building up of the stitches around the corner a bit tricky, even in a written pattern I can’t get my head around it. I’m definitely going to do this lovely blanket…… I give all to Baby Basics. That wool looks GORGEOUS brut I guess it’s rather expensive. Thanks sooo much for this video.

When I called Stylecraft, UK, they told me that their supply chain had been severely interrupted by the Turkish earthquake situation, but that supplies would be forthcoming in a couple of weeks... just in case anyone else has difficulties in obtaining the correct yarn !
