The jury in that trial consisted of 3 Clinton donors that the prosecution tried to get removed, but the judge didn’t see the conflict of interest. Sussman was acquitted of course. After the trial, the jury forewoman told the Associated Press the this trial was a waste of time because the charges should never have been brought because there are more important issues than someone lying to the FBI. Her job was simply to determine guilt or innocence, not give an opinion on whether he should’ve been charged or not
