I taught myself that trick by accident. I didn’t use a tissue but I would take a brush and put powder on my lipstick when I wanted a matte finish and it would stay all day.

Old makeup trick for performers. You could also layer powder blush over the powder too or just straight up powder blush to lock in your lipstick and give it dimension

I'm in makeup school, we're taught to powder straight on to the lipstick without the tissue, blot first though

because the point is to make the lipstick stay ON your lips, im pretty sure what she means is if you do the powder it’ll make it harder to come off so you don’t have to reapply

When you are a Disney star sometimes they don't like how some types of voices sounds so they make they're actors to take like lessons to learn how to talk the way they want, so most probably the other voice you're referring was not actually her voice, and this is more probably if you are referring to her voice in girl meets world.

@@sofia_agt No, I Was Talking about her voice during the time she recorded EVOLution, singular act 1, and singular act 2, you can hear that her voice is deep, actually in most interviews with her; she has a deep voice but lately her voice sounds high pitched, it's really unusual.
