Baked eggplants quick and easy recipe. Best, Easy Dinner Recipe For A Family .This is aexcellent dish,healthy, and super easy to make, here is an appetizing version
Ingredients:
Eggplant 2
Olive oil 50 ml
Oregano
Salt
Black pepper
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Parsley
Mozzarella 125 gr
Rice 100 gr
Tomatoes 200 gr
Cheese 100 gr

Hey friends...Just to be sure US Standard measure know that oven temp at the beginning of 200C is needs to be every bit of 400F. I would argue 450 for 15 to get anywhere near that level in browning result. An enormous size of Eggplant is crazy important to achieve this size roll. I haven't see that huge of globe in years! So you may end up with tiny little bundles depending on your size option. And, you can still fully skin it and still end up with a great roll. And always remove the toothpick before serving. 😋 PS. You may find that salt dredge 40 minutes/rinse/pat dry before you start will help remove those bitter eggplant juices. This was a great recipe, I just felt if you weren't familiar with eggplant these points should have been more clear. I think some got lost in translation.
