So funny! Baby Birds Wait For The Poop To Fall Before Entering The Nest
Hello everyone. This is the nest of the Oc Mit bird, a bird that eats fruits and small insects. It breeds from about March to July every year, each clutch lays 3 eggs, the nest is very cute, both the father and mother take great care of the chicks.

One of the reasons the fecal sac is taken by the parents is so that it doesn't fall to the ground right below the nest which would be a sign to predators that a nest is in the tree. Also, less chance of bacteria forming that might harm the chicks or attract flies.

Theres another video of these same birds where another bird snatched one of these chicks out of the nest to eat it. The Animal Kingdom is as violet and unforgiving as humanity.
