I was indifferent about how it flipped when I first got mine but the longer I flipped it the more I liked it.

AL is a weird creature. its my only trainer and i really like it after a little. my favorite config is no bottom weights and put in eye weights. my only complaint is its kinda slippery. for its price I wish it had more features then just 2 allu slabs. even just jimping would make it 20x better

Personally i still think the polished squiddy al is still not a good public flipper because from a distance you cant tell what the blade shape is, so it just looks like a shiny silver knife for someone who doesnt know anything about balisongs

The handle texture on the AL reminds me of the Nabalis Hydra more so than the Kraken. .

Had the squiddy al since the second first production drop, close to six months later still not tap and minimal play and I use it every day. Yet the pinless design is proving to be not the best as it is shaving away more and more, thinking about upgrading to a prysma
