Here's something wild. The journals and robot professor say that the real professor died protecting little Koraidon from the big Koraidon. Meaning you can catch the big Koraidon at the bottom of the crater, rematch Arven and clown on him with the pokemon that killed his Mom.

Probably try and stay in the school uniform until the dlc comes out. it worked with incinerator and no one could tell it was a Pokemon . Ether way great video and good luck and be safe

I mean, they didn’t add content that has been consistently in the series since the first game. Makes the world seem empty. Lumiose and Castelia would seem far less exciting if you couldn’t enter buildings, this definitely applies to the small towns too.

You can clear the game just fine in previous titles even without those items you get from npc, so it's not like the items are very important. Besides, random houses aren't just there for items, it's just basic exploration that literally every rpg should have. It's obvious that they cut it out because GF weren't competent enough to fit them in

@@czyu3361 I don't even think it's a competence thing, I think they were either too focused on gimmicks, or they just didn't care. Legends Arceus, while the towns were smaller, still had you be able to enter nearly every building. They clearly still have the technology and skill, they just either lacked the drive, the time, or the intention to ever do it this time around.

I agree, I've never liked having to go into every house to explore. God forbid the hotels I hated those things. And yes I know I don't have to talk to every npc but I never used the internet for info so I didn't want to miss anything cool or important. I wish they added more significant NPC'S without there being a lot of them like in Legends Arceus but I'm fine not going in every house. But, the stores should have been an actual building that was a bit cheap ngl

I don't think they have to be evil but they should be more intresting. I think the only intresting rival team has been from gen 5 all others kinda suck in plot and characters. I'd be fine with Pokemon cutting out that story beat completely it felt so forced in gen 9. I think a lot of ppl were uninterested in starfall street when it came to picking the paths.

ToK had like 10 years in production, launching quite a few years after the previous one. Meanwhile pokemon gets more or less yearly releases. So... that's what you get when you don't give things time to get properly made and polished, and instead you just milk a franchise dry. From what I've read, Scarlet only had 3 years in development, same with Arceus. That's all Game Freak gives it, and it shows.

The main trainer model looks like a generic NPC and unquestionably looks like a very young child. At least have crazy anime hair! Also, the "legendaries" don't look or feel legendary. All prior had reality breaking powers, not sure if the ones from Sword and Shield count. These games' legendaries are just glorified gliders, bikes, and boats.
