No joke..I've met people like this as well. It's their brain. For some reason their personality and expressions sound "staged". This "staged like" expression is most prominent when they are angry and or annoyed by someone else. Unfortunately for them their staged like reactions and responses tend to feul their torment when they respond to those messing with them. When they fight back, which these types of people usually do, their mannerisms end up being entertainment to their foes. Ive seen it. This is what's happening in the interview.
