Definitely a mini pc and if you can add an external gpu, it can perform very good, not the best but it'd add those decent FPS.

Hey, i am very late but if you still need, pick up any old used dell optiplex preferably mid tower. Put a gpu suxh as the asus dual gtx 1060. The gpu has no bottle neck for these pcs as they usually have a small wattage psu and some 8th gen intel core. this shouls be able to run mpst titles and some AAA titles do to my experience. Also upgrade ram and if it doesnt have add an ssd. This may cost anywhere from 200-275 or 300 dollars. Its as cheap as your gonna get for a functional pc for gaming. :)

It wouldnt change, even if ur monitor can get 240 hz/fps the pc/ graphics card in it can only support so much so if the pc can only run 120 fps and the moniter is 240 you can only run 120

wouldnt really recommend this mini pc for gaming, i personally would recommend one of the newer beelink ones with the new amd integrated graphics, which is way better compared to this
