When you have period it-s not about getting dirty. It's just having pain. And sleeping on stable surface is more comfortable bc it supports more.

@@supernovataro I sympathize, along w/severe cramping pain which requires medication, mine cause nausea & vomiting, both on an empty stomach, and if I dare to eat anything. And sadly, I don’t ever know when mine will start or stop, there is no rhyme or reason date wise..and can last 2-3 days to literally 13 straight days..so, I’m well versed about all things menses…warm water bottles, a peaceful environment, soothing tea, as little movement as possible, and relaxing so your muscles relax is about all One can do.. Unless you go the route of ibuprofen/muscle relaxers & pain meds..🤷🏻‍♀️..(or) Your personality is of the grit Your teeth, growl & push trough depending on pain tolerance..🤷🏻‍♀️..(imho..mine do not allow for that choice & my ability to function or I would have happily done that years ago)…🤷🏻‍♀️😁👍

Sleeping on the floor with my feet on a chair helps my back pains and I prefer to sleep on the floor during my periods in general. By the way, I wouldn't do it if my floor was carpeted dho.

That is going to be so unnecessarily uncomfortable. A bed would be much better when your already uncomfortable. Not to mention if you leak it is far easier to clean the linens than it is the carpet. Heat packs/hot water bottles exist for pain relief and ice packs/cold compresses exist if you get to hot and flustered, no need to lay on the floor.

The man is good. But why sleep on the floor? Use pads plus tampons or whatever to keep you dry. Use painkillers for back pain or whatever. And if you’re to sensitive to sleep on a bad mattress buy a new one or a topper. Based on what you need the topper can be a cold or a memory foam one.
