To answer your question at 11:30, Obyn's tree ability only gives money when it has taken in bloons, but because yours is further towards the back of the map it can't suck up many bloons so it doesn't yield maximum amount of money. The opponent at one point you said was aiming their dartling to the side I can only guess this is so that their forest ability would make them some extra money.

2 things that could also help, 1st is making sure to target your exclusion zone on target independent, and the 2nd making sure to target your perma spike on smart which will group them all together on one part of the track which makes it op. Plus if you placed the MIB next to the perma and go for faster production then it could pop dtd's and produce more spikes, then make sure you get jungle drums on that MIB to make even more spikes.

So who's gonna remind him about the 025 dartling independent? Or the smart/close perma spikes targeting?

Another insane and incredible video Boltrix! The ending was super hype and was really awesome to see the Spike Factory go to work. It's crazy you were able to get every single fifth for every tower in your loadout, it really goes to show how good eco is. I also want to take this time to thank you for getting me into BTD Battles 2, your videos are always so fun to watch and I've learned so much from you :). You're the reason I'm using Spike Factory so much, it's so good and has saved me/won me many games in BFB Colleseum. I'm trying to get to Hall of Masters before the season ends without using the most of the meta towers and so far I'm at 78/100. Cause my sniper and ninjas are way too low level due to me never using them from the start (and tbh, I hate those towers because of how broken they can be), I have to use mostly non-meta towers. For the longest time I thought it was impossible but thanks to you, I now have hope I can reach it there before the season ends. I'm currently running Boomerang, Village and Spike Factory with few occasions where I use Dartling Gunner but not nearly as much as the other 3. I want to reach Hall of Master without ever using Ninja and Sniper.

15:37 the rounds numbers are half of the btd6 rounds (i.e. round 2 in btdb2 is round 4 in btd6), and round 100 (round 50 in btdb2) has 1 regular BAD.

The amount of money generated by Obyn's tree ability is proportional to the amount of Bloons it absorbs. That's actually why the other guy's dartling was targeted away from the track; they were exploiting your eco by letting it get absorbed by Obyn's tree, instead of popping it.

The reason u sometimes don’t get money from wall of trees is because u only get money if if has swallowed balloons. If u use the ability before it has died/expired ur either get less than 600 per banana or get nothing if ur wall of trees is far back and/or ur defence doesn’t let balloons through.

Hey Boltrix, just a tip, not sure if it’s a bug, but the 002 villages also decrease the cost of new towers, so try buying that before any spactories! Could save you a few hundred bucks

Incase no one has told you about olbyn and the gold he gets it’s from all the Bloons it sucked up and that’s why the guy was aiming the dartling off so the Bloons hit the tree for more gold return and I forgot what is max but with tree obyn prolly around 350+ but I think I seen octopus ability was like 250+ each probably more would have to re check if it is probably the better reason to go ocean. It if not perhaps reg obyn to make full skill hit ddts more likely* gl bud

As to why Obyn's wall of trees didn't make any money, it's because his ability only makes money when it sucks up bloons, and the more bloons the more money made.

You should check out the characters levels, O’Byrne gives magic monkeys a big buff at certain levels, and the skins do change up how the heroes attack in a neat way. And striker/biker gives buff to boom lol

You don’t get money cuz the tree isn’t filled with the Bloons. You have to let it fill a certain amount

The reason the trees don’t give you money 100% of the time is because it depends on how many bloons it collects and if it doesn’t collect any it doesn’t drop money.

It's not that the towers are tiny in btd6 it's just you have more room to put towers down in btd6 in btdb2 you only have half the screen to put towers down but in btd6 you have the whole screen

The tree only gives you as much money as the balloons it took in it can only hold 600 balloons so it will only give you $600 from each banana at Max but if it takes no balloons it will give you no money

I quit btdb2 yesterday because i destroyed someone who had dartling sniper and spike factory but the game kicked me because of spike storm and i lost my 7th place ranking i literally deleted btdb2 so i kind of despise spike factory unless you dont get kicked :/, still nice vid.

you get money from obyn's tree if bloons are trapped in it, it doesnt work sometimes bc there are bloons trapped in obyn's tree

You don't get money from obyns trees when you use the ability when the trees are up. You have to let the trees expire or reach max pop count and then you'll get the money
