'Good Burger 2' is out on Paramount+! Is the followup to the 1997 Nickelodeon cult comedy worth trying out the streaming service for?

I saw Good Burger 2. I had fun watching it. It's what I expected in a Good Burger movie. A good old fashion "Turn Your Brain Off" movie. I feel like today's movies and tv shows of 2023 don't do that anymore. They need to bring the fun and "Turn Your Brain Off" back into movies.

Good Burger 2 was nostalgic fun and i definitely laughed out loud at some parts but it felt like a cheap made for TV movie to me. I believe Ed 2 was to engage younger kids with the sequel. Since Kenan & Kel aren't in high school, Ed 2 was likely added to appeal to the younger demographic. Although Mia was there, she filled Monique's former role in that Dexter is attempting to win her over. While Dexter was in love with Monique during the first movie, he wanted to reconnect with his family in this sequel through a similar context (Though the backstory of Dexter's family between both films don't really connect). I liked the message conveyed on the dangers of an automated workforce, they still poked fun at human error. Overall, I liked the sequel.

When I saw the original in the theater I couldn't wait to leave and head to the closest burger place and it was the best hamburger I ever had.

What? Good Burger 2 is Paramount-worthy.🤗 Your opinion doesn't matter because it's the most watched and hit #1.

I used to be just like Ed. Now @38 i feel like a crotchety old man talking about "back in my day"! I think they should have given Ed the same type of change. Maby a way to redeem himself. Idk... i havent watched the new movie yet.

Seems like comedy sequels always have 100+ celebrity cameos that are far from necessary.
