Couldn't find any evidence that he was actually manipulated by someone or if this is just another attempt to defend his actions. Even if that's the case, he chose to hang around these people, he decided to stay off his meds. He's not legally insane, therefore he was aware of what he was doing and deliberately chose to do these things. Even if he apologized, nobody owns him forgiveness. And he shouldn't be forgiven so easily because the damage he caused the Jewish community is terrible and it can't be undone with a simple apology.
