Could we get a “What if the Frontier kids swapped spirits” with the spirit’s forms matching their personalities, like Tommy would be smaller no matter what one he gets, Zoe more feminine, etc. It could go Takuya/Tommy, Zoe/JP, and Koji/Koichi.

I’m glad that you really enjoy the vital bracelet series beyond just Digimon. Have you ever thought about doing videos on making custom dim card routes? Maybe improve on older ones or even show some love for some series or specific mon that isnt represented yet.

I made one myself for MegaMan battle net work as I thought the series would work really well on a vital bracelet, and it’s a surprisingly fun process planning everything out.

Probably gonna be my first VB. I’d been holding off for a while because it seemed like the previous versions were incomplete products, and while the BE still isn’t perfect by any means I think the upgrades are enough to justify getting it. Plus the Gammamon BE memory is probably the one of the best ones they’ve come up with so far in my opinion, so that’s a big selling point for me. Now I just need Bandai to do a re-release or updated version of the Pulsemon DiM! Kinda ridiculous that he started as the mascot for the VB but his DiM didn’t get a standalone release apart from coming with the first VB. The mascot should be the most accessible to get, and yet right now resale is the only way to get it.

The squats thing is horrendous. With these new cards having the potential for **so many paths** and giving you the ability to customize stats, using “do more squats” as the basis for evolution is nuts.

Tbh though all the training execises are essentially the same anyway you can just swing your arm the same for all of them so not much point over complicating it unless they make one a little more intelligent to movement

Hey Karn! I can confirm as a more tanned south east asian fella that the reader was improved since the Digivice V. My (lighter skinned) friend and I got the first Vital Bracelets when they came out and both bracelets seemed to work fine with him, but with me it didn't even register that i was wearing the devices. I just got my BE today and see that it works just as well as the Digivice V did. Though I can't confirm if people with darker skintone than Tan got the same experience as i did.

I currently have a VB and I am on the fence about getting the BE as you can guess my VB still works really well. But after watching this video I gotten say I'm definitely getting one! Thank you for explaining it so clearly and so easily as well as the pros and cons with the BE and just over all compering it to what we already know, the VB and DM. The only thing for me that kinda sucks is that you can't get the Imperialdramon BEMeomory as a separate card as of this current moment. Maybe in the future but knowing them probably not.

Haven't commented in awhile lol. Highly recommend the BE, love it, I wanted the VBMs, but couldn't get it because I was out of room. But with the BE I've started buying them. Just want USB type C, 2 things in the year 2022 use micro USB 5 below products and vital braclet products. I'm curious to see if they actually use the miro SD card update thing.

I,ve used the vb and new version. Having tan skin it works pretty much fine. I didn't even know there was a problem with darker skin tones. I hope the vb going forward will get to the point of apple watch slimness. That would make this bracelet a lot better for older fans. I know it is a device for a younger market. But, I would pay for a vb that is made for older market that is slimed down. The digimon could be up load the same way or could be downloaded through and purchased through the app. I still really like the vb and the new version. It's a good product and very fun.

My old digivice died with my Kazuchimon still inside. I still have the impulse City DiM when I stupidly ordered the original with the version that came with Gammamon(which is with my sister now). I consider Pulsemon as a starter digimon. Would love to see him in any future 3D digimon games. I get the original season one digimon will always been seen as nostalgic. However, I really like the main pulsemon digi evolution line, leading up to Kazuchimon.

I was on the fence about ordering the Vital Hero from Amazon for several months now. Didn't think I'd use it enough. But the fact that they made cards for My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer, two of my all-time favorite animes, that sold me on the BE. I can deal with the squats since I'm planning on exercising more anyway. Having Deku and Tanjiro exercising with me will be totally worth it.

I'm in a position where I am considering getting the BE mostly because some months back I ended up breaking the watch strap extension for my original VB so it won't stay on my wrist. I considered getting a new band off Etsy but then I heard the Vital Hero and BE were coming and decided to wait it out to see what people had to say on those. I'm likely gonna get a BE down the line with the Imperialdramon Memory if possible. Hopefully though any bugs can get ironed out well enough.

I'll still remember my first Pulsemon I raised and how I didn't know what it would become before it turned into Namakemon, which actually motivated me to exercise a bit more and led to him becoming Tempomon and finally Achillesmon. Sadly though the band snapped on me right around the time I got close to turning a Boutmon into Kazuchimon. Keep up the awesome work Karn, you and all the artists under your umbrella of DigiContent rock!

Sounds like these are impressive updates to the VBs. However, there are also some hiccups. Regardless, this was a pretty soild review but man, those issues do pile up. The thought of Izuku fighting a digimon would be pretty cool though lol. Still, good job Karn!

I preordered the VV from Zenin (+ the dynasty of evil dim card) cause I had wanted the vb for a while but it never seemed worth it for the price. I will say I am happy I got it but I am also very lost as to how the app and storage and everything like that works, I guess it’s time to KZfaq rabbit hole for a few hours 😅 Question: Do you have a recommendation for where to get screen protectors for the device? I’m clumsy and end up scratching screens way too often and want to try to avoid that 😂. I remember you mentioning it in an older video but I can’t seem to find that now.

Thanks for the review definitely gonna be picking up some Kamen Rider VBMs for mine when it arrives. I hope we’ll see some BE cards for the new series Geats. The multi-buckle gimmick would play really well to the “statline = evolution” formula.

Your videos have been super helpful. Idk if I can get help for this but I downloaded the new arena app and noticed it has an Agumon and Greymon as "Test characters". I don't have an Agumon dim and wasn't sure what I can do with them? Are they just there?

So on the vital hero model ypu actually CAN swap your digimon back and forth between the vb lab and the vb arena. Even between different vital hero bracelets. I have 2 and one has a defective battery. I got the second one and was sad that I'd lose all my progress but no! I was able to store all of my old digimon in either app and was even able to get them all back onto the new vh on both apps!

One thing to note that some of the BE Memory cards featuring other franchises outside of Digimon (Like My Hero Academia) will not have character injured or dying.

Did they remove the locks on DIM cards to the single VB for the new VB's? Meaning that if 'locked' your Agumon or Renamon dim on your original VB, will you have to reset the DIM in order to get them locked to the new VB? I have an original VB and 7 dimcards, and I am not looking forward to resetting my dimcard progress or having to install a new VB app and possibly lose my app progress.

I never had any of the old Vital Bracelets and been wanting one for years. So I jumped on pre-ordering the VV from ZeninTCG (I only used them because surprise, Karn promoting them) but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. What I am curious is how easy is it to know what button/s do what? I can't imagine an english manual and that's something I'm worried about.

Zenin are good people, their hands are tied by Bandai sometimes. there are only two buttons, it's pretty easy to figure out.

my only biggest personal complain with the VB it's the battery. My first ever experience with smartwatches was a Mi band 4 i bought as a gift to my mom wich last 2 full weeks of constant use before needing to recharge so imagine me learning that the VB doesn't last even a full day was quite a big letdown. I'm still gonna upgrade from my old digivice V to a BE or VV, though mostly because they allready announced Dracomon, my absolute fav digimon, its coming this year, and the Dim card that contains it will be a BE dim card

Would you see if your mons lose vitals when you fight in the arena, I've used basic digimon dims not the new ones and when ever they fight they lose vitals.

No! I believe with the BE and the DiMs you can now do as much exercise as you like and all 4 exercise types will give you PP (acting as trophies) on DiM Cards too

Mostly i like the new VB BE except the training part. I think training part is really important for VB BE because it almost depends only on luck to win if you dont train enough. What i dont like is that i have to check on VB every 20 seconds to start a new round of training during my work out and it only gives +5/+10 from max 999. I mean it’s just too much or anyone has any tips on battle?

If you're having trouble with the training you can mod it with an SD card to a custom firmware that continues training until you manually stop it

I do have a question. Here in the US, a version of the Vital Bracelet just got released at Walmart stores. I’m not sure if it’s a domestic release of one of the newer models or not. My buddy got one and I was thinking of getting one myself, but I don’t know if it’s actually one of the newer versions or not. My friend did get one of the Kamen Rider dim cards, and it does work on it. Any advice you could give would be helpful!

The one you saw is the us version of the digivice V, which was the newest version until the BE came out. I would wait for the vital BE if I were you because as far as I'm aware the Kamen rider dim cards dont work with the vital hero

You mention the straps being good for larger sized wrists, but what about skinny wrists? My bones are showing and I'm worried it'll be too large for me - would wearing it over the top of clothes make a difference?

Are you sure about the PP thing or is that a BE memory thing? I'm using the Kamen rider zero one VBM, and I've gotten PP from doing dashing or punches. I haven't touched a BE memory yet.

It's a BE Memory thing, DiMs and VBMs get PP from any exercise

This thing honestly looks interesting but, as a Kamen Rider fan, I was tempted to get the KR bracelet one, but if I understood things correctly, then what I should do instead is purchase a base Vital Bracelet BE and get the Kamen Rider cards that tick my fancy separately?

To be fair about the BP point to get evolutions it just seem like it replaced the trophies.

It did but it's more boring. Trophies previously were obtainable via any exercise, PP is ONLY obtainable with the specific Squat exercise and none of the others.

Hey guys I've got a question. So I also just got this new vital bracelet be (vv edition), and I've　done　some　trainings　so　far.　I've　done　some　punches　and　dashes,　but　only my　PP　is　increasing, the other stats (BP, AP) are not! I'm aware that each training increases only a certain stat (punch → BP, crunch → HP, dash → AP), but no matter how much I do a specific training the stat it should increase doesn't ! Btw when I was doing it I wasn't really moving, I was kind of like cheating the game cos I was just sitting and swinging my arm, so my heartrate doesn't really increase. SO I was wondering, even if I finish the training, if my heartrate doesn't increase, will my stats not increase as well? I'm so frustrated about training now someone help me!
