If I have any complaint, I think it’s the fact that studio is too small for the performance they gave. An epic performance like this needs a coliseum or huge arena.

Grabe yung Galing ni Kat. Alam mo yung mararamdaman mo talagang wala na siyang dapat pang patunayan. Kasi true talent and being so freaking supremely good na naabot na niya through the years of her hard work and hardships. While Jess, on the other hand is doing so good as well. Alam mo yung galing niya ay yung parang pang contest parin talaga, yung Kakainin ka ng buhay sa stage. Kaya nga no doubt that she’s the winner of that show where she won. Fact’s Kat: vocally wise, no doubt talaga. Kahit Anong song ipa kanta mo, talagang kaya niya. But that’s not the point though it’s important thing, pero Alam mo yung vocal agility, charisma and character. Add on mo pa yung Runs niya and most of all maturity of her voice. To the point na “ I know may magagalit na namn nito” pero the quality of her voice is like Regine’s voice capability and capacity. Mas malawak pa nga ang range niya ehh, she have note’s that I didn’t her from Regine. Though REGINE is REGINE and she’s the QUEEN 👸 of all Philippine female belters. Okay let’s back to Kat, sa subrang galing na niya ay Alam nya na talaga kong saan siya bubuga ng high notes at kung saan dapat damhin ang song na Hindi mona kailangan isipin if maganda ba tunog ng buses ko pag ito ang vocal placement na gagamit. That kind of thinking… She have that now, she’s done with that buga lang ng buga. Kaya na niyang kuntrulin boses niya na kahit sa manipis na placement ay accurate parin at maganda sa pandinig. Pag ginagamit naman niya yung malaki at buo niyang boses ay subrang ganda din, Kung baba walang tapon. Jess: Magand dahil buo ang boses niya at no doubt that she can hit high notes as well. For sure through time, may mga vocal placements Pa siyang made-discover. For now isa palang kasi ang texture ng boses niya, though it’s not a bad thing. Cause we all know na bago palang siya and throughout the years of being an artist ay mag gro-grow yung talent niya at mas gagaling pa kahit na magaling na talaga siya.

This is one of the performance of katrina that really solidify my respect for her as an artist.. you can feel her hurt in this song.. to be able to do that after just a few months of her husband’s passing is just the bravest thing

Fandoms can be toxic. I am guilty to compare Katrina to others when I get defensive or overprotective of our artists/idols when I hear negative comments about them from other fandoms. But Katrina's message of this collaboration is to celebrate powerhouses without pitting them against each other. It's a necessary first step (two women powerhouse vocals, in this case even similar timbres when belting). The tagalog you were trying to read of Katrina's comment at the end in her own video was about that. To stop fighting over who hit what note higher but to appreciate the collaboration in itself. They did this for the fans and I hope that we learn and have a new mindset moving forward so we can have more amazing collaborations like this between powerhouse (women specifically) vocal beasts of the Philippines. Yes Guys, this video is packed with emotions especially on Kat. And we're all glad she's back picking up the pieces. Kat as we all know is now a very sad Widow because she married Mike Shapiro, her American Music Producer and Drummer in May 2021 and he died November of the same year. I wish for her a better future.
