Each person in the video is dealing with there own monsters. The lead singers monster is addiction, the little girl is her grandfather and being abused. The widows monsters are the fact that she cheated on her husband when he got recalled overseas to fight and then got killed. The little girl is the daughter of the widow. The grandfather is the widows dad and the guy she cheated with is the brother-in law. I think you would love their tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd's Simple Man.

A Truly great Live band. Highly recommend seeing them in concert if you get the chance. Since the lead singer is a recovered addict, most of the lyrics delve into the serious sides of human nature, and the paths of destruction we caused along the way. They also look at the other side of the coin, and talk about positives in life. One that is fun, is "Diamond Eyes". More Pyro on stage for that one too. Speaking of that, they have a fleet of Semi-trailers they use for touring. One is just for show Pyro. They have some huge firework displays at their shows! They stay mentally fit and physically fit while touring. They turned one of those Semi-Trailers into a Gym, so they can workout as they travel. All around good people, with a message to get out.

If I remember correctly his "monsters" are things like addiction and depression. If you think about it addiction and depression are "trained to kill"

Monsters is a metaphor. It can be anything of what anyone is dealing with. Physical or mental.

For yet another Monster check out the political statement by Steppenwolf , that's just as relevant today as it was in 1969 . The full title is Monster / Suicide / America . Try to find the video from Randall's Island if you can .

Momma gets it. At 4:25. The grown woman in the vid is the girl. Abused by the Marine father figure. Of all the reactions I've seen to this song, she's the only one who sees it.

Love Shinedown and this song is one of my favorites. Try Five Finger Death Punch "Wrong Side Of Heaven" (official video) and "A Little Bit Off". Also try Seether "Rise Above This", Fake It" or "Remedy".

Shinedown are a great band,check out Unity,Sound of madness,Human radio,Get up,Outcast well just pick any there all worth a listen.If you like a great voice check out Kaleo maybe "Way down we go" to start with,another under rated band.

Hello Ladies...Great reaction as always.. Please can you react to Nemophila's song called Monster's.. 5 very cool Ladies from Japan. They will blow your minds, girl power on steroids... Also the live version of a song called Reincarnation by another all female band from Japan called Aldious. Accoustic guitar, violin, full on metal all wrapped up with a silky smooth haunting voice..
