hopefully these will be easier to find than the 151 booster bundles. still haven’t found a single one for MSRP and I got scammed out of one online

I'm sorry to hear that. I got scammed for $800 last month on some Japanese Sun and Moon Boxes. For the Booster Bundles, I preorder as soon as the preorder opens because they're the first thing to sell out and stay out of stock for a while. The 151 Booster Bundles are back in stock at hobbiesville.com, but they're $49.99 CAD. They ship to Canda and US, and my promo code gets you 5% off your first purchase. I'm not sure how close that gets you to MSRP.
