Even gay people have SO OCD. They fear that they might be straight or bisexual. I am a lesbian and I suffered from SO OCD. I used to fear that I might be straight or atleast bisexual. There are other videos on You Tube that specify that Sexual Orientation OCD, can affect anyone regardless of their innate orientation.

I feel like my attractions have flipped I notice attractive men on social media more now and feel arousal when seeing it I try to look at the pictures but I end up feeling attracted which makes me want to avoid social media

Damn man im going through the same shit, feels like my brain has rewired itself to know recognize men as the right "target". Since that started happening the dialogue in my head has gotten so bad, like im hearing "just accept who you are" , "you´ve changed" and so on, and on top of that the anxiety is bad but not terrible, like this is the most convinced ocd has gotten me and the anxiety is not thaat bad, which of course throws the curveball of, "Its not hocd". Im just so sad, it feels like life isn´t worth living
