I Like IT!! we could see a lot more potential in all of these types of adds especially if used to support monsanto and british petroleum products. Especially since their minor difficulties in reaching today's consumer. It's all about innovation and creativity, and finding a way to GET Your product OUT THERE!!

I loved the analog execution to communicate an idea that has become imperative in a digital world. My only comment is that advertising has always had to be integrated and there has always had to be a big idea to hook the consumer attention, heart and eventually some loyalty. Now however it is beyond critical in order to break through the clutter and make a meaningful impact. Also whilst the focus here is on advertising and its various media, everything that communicates anything about the brand and its products, all have to be integrated to avoid consumer dissonance.

This is basically talking about the concepts of Integrating Marketing communications, It is indeed an effective way of conducting business communications, however it goes much deeper than simply taking an idea and using the right tools to get it going. Nevertheless I did enjoy the video,its really creative.

That is the answer to specialised consultant agencies (social media marketing agencies), free-lances, in-house mktg, etc... Big adv agencies have to fight against so many competitors... so: "Integrated" adv (such a modern concept!)

Exactly. Advertisers are not some brooding, evil men hunched over a boardroom table thinking of the best way to screw people out of their money. They just come up with the best way to get a product out there and it's the consumer's job to decide what to purchase and what to ignore. Simple as that. Without advertising, there wouldn't be sports broadcast on tv or professional sports at the level we see today. Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, that's the reality of the situation.

When you'll work in a company you'll see it needs advertising to grow. When you are a freelancer you'll see you'll need to advertise yourself. And wen you'll need some form of advertising, you'll stop spitting on those who make it and come crawling to these people, begging them to help you make your brand or product known to the public because you are not able to do it yourself. One day you'll realize companies and products need advertising and you'll grow up a bit.

only people that dont think for themselves fall for the advertising.. advertising can be seen as art (obviously not as much as we would like its out there!) the tattoo from the arm distracts a lot from the animation!

Hey CerebralWTF, I'm the sandman but instead of putting you to sleep,I'd like to wake you up. Without advertising, products don't sell, if they don't sell, companies don't produce them,and if so, people lose their job. You can like it or not but millions of jobs (in advertising and all sectors of activity almost without exception) depend advertising. You can be and idiot, believe and buy it all. Or you can be a conscious consumer, buy what you need, using ads to make an informed choice.
