What about a reciprocal agreement with the US? In the US migrants are allowed to come in free of charge, are given a debit card with $10,000, free food and free hotel stays in 5 star hotels. Does Costa Rica have this type of residency? Can US migrants vote in Costa Rica?

You did not let him continue with the 3rd one. You obviously are talking about wealthy people , and this attorney can make money. You did not mention the retirement visa that only requires an income of 1000 dollars. this is bullshit . you keep talking about people with lots of money.
