He'llo brother from SA I like your videos it's educative about soap making please I use to produce 5kg of bar soap I know want to increase it to 7kg my calculations are as follows 1 litres of palm kernel oil 2.5 litres of bleached palm oil 2litres of water and 75 grms of sodium silicate 10 ml of EDTA should I increase the oils or which additives should I use thanks.

Kindly tell us the amount of kaolin powder and sodium silicate in bar soap

Sodium silicate will harden the soap, you can consider about 1% of the total mass of the soap. Means 10 ml of sodium silicate for every 1 Kg of your Bar Soap. Regards.

Please I want to know if I use 9 liters of water to dissolve 1 kg of caustic soda, can I still use the whole of the lye solution in the Same 3 liters of oil. If yes won't the water be too much. Thanks and God bless your good work.
