貴公司客服人員回覆訊息前後不一致，說可以補新的延誤證明給我，讓我空等半個月，最後跟我說不能修改！中間兩三次確認都還說已經通過。結果現在又說無法修改，當天我問地勤的時間15:20明明是對的！結果發出來的證明是錯的！15:07！到底是把客人耍著玩！線上客服說可以重新發出，隔了半個月又說不能修改

I agree and in some routes they're equal to 5-Star Airlines both partners and competition. Not for Hong Kong to Manila where CX🇭🇰 just beats it's competition since september 5th 1946 Philippine Airlines🇵🇭. In the case of that route, do you want to get squished by an economy class seat it's PR Fiesta Class. on the other hand better service and equipment Cathay Pacific economy class. A350 B77W need external camera view for MNL Runway 6/24 CX🇭🇰 versions miss those PR🇵🇭

Spend the campaign on better service. What a deterioration post-pandemic. Mileage credits just get lost which is scary since it means they are not spending on technology, which is the backbone of an airline from maintenance to scheduling, etc. From a top service oriented airline to acting like a budget carrier, what gives?
