Damn right Ricky! Same was true back in the 'Vid days. Management said if you were around someone who had it? 10 days isolation. If you wanted you could get tested and if negative you could be back in 3 days. I did not accept their second offer of this deal. And even though it was unpaid? Boy did roughly three months worth of UPTO really, really help me get my home life in order. And I didn't even fake any of it. Just poor contractors that had it that were working with my department. Good times.

Shoot, my job was doing PAID COVID leave and didn’t even have to use PTO. The good old days. Once I had Flu second time COVID. Third time was just near someone with Covid so had to quarantine. I had like 120 hours in 2020-2021 that were Covid pay and that was separate from my 5 weeks PTO. Plus in the early days of Covid we got hazard pay which was a 5% increase. Can we go back to that? Lol

4 12s. And a 3 day. For a month. The only thing I hate more than overtime is mandatory overtime. Not because of the extra work. That's not the issue. It's the overtime tax rate that I don't jive with. I'd work 60 a week if I got paid at the regular rate, and taxed at same.
