The tank is cloudy because the sponge (mechanical filter) is not kept below the biological media in the trays; the media will only work when clean water is passed through it, and in this type of canister filter, the water flows from bottom to top. Also, do not use carbon in the canister because it takes up space; instead, add seachem matrix and purigen. Also, after each water change, try adding nitrifying bacteria, and if you still want to use activated carbon, try placing it in any small internal filter so that it can be readily replenished every 1-2 months.

Light mat change karna.. instead vinegar lga k cotton k kapde se saaf kar dena ..paise bach jaenge. Smell tez hogi to ninbu dal dena.

cloudiness bani rahegi, jab tak tank bare bottom rahega, gravel has some uses.. if you don't know the uses of gravel/sand, educate yourself on that..

It can but I would suggest go top filter for turtles as it requires regular cleaning
