¿que cinta eres? Para hacer el primer ejercicio tienes que tener tu pies de atrás mirando hacia lado, no se si entiendas. Tienes que meter mucho tu rodilla para que la patada de bien, es de practica.

Duda no se si lo notan, pero el empieza con un sistema donde mete primero el ejercicio que se debe de trabajar y después hace una progresión, para acabar otra vez con el ejercicio. Hay un punto cuando los pone frente a frente que usa estrategías tacticas pero tambien menciona los ejercicios que pone posterior con el domi. mi pregunta. ¿Cual es la funcionalidad de esta metodología?

Estimado Oscar, Creo que Aaron trato de hacer un poquito de cada cosa en sus poco tiempo de seminario más que nada, recuerde que el es un excelente competidor a nivel mundial, no es un entrenador certificado con conocimientos metodológicos de entrenamiento. De todos modos gracias por la observación.
