This is the second round of 2019-2020 comp series from our Socal Premiere comp club. This club is dedicated to hardcore scale comp guys. No lunch break, no raffles, no awards, and no mercy! It's strict SORRCA competition from beginning till the end of the day. Watch how the day unfolded on round 2!

Nice run Jeff smart use of the winch. That last driver need some more drive time between comps. Eric thanks for all the time you spend shooting and editing your videos for us to enjoy.

I know this in apple valley but where abouts. I'm new to the RC crawler world and trying to learn a lot. Trail and error. I would love to try this course out. My grandpa lives in victorville so I know it's not to far from there. Thanks guys. Oh, awesome video man. Lots of tumbles and rolling. The buggy, he was very patient and every gate.

Looks like its right off the freeway. There’s tons of good places in the high desert. Just drive around and find stuff.

Those tires seem to slip more than the Hyrax. Lots of wheelspin in this video and plenty of examples where the steering tires would push rather than bite.

The Sick Horse Ranch hyrax is my favorite tire. Still, it wasn’t really a issue with traction on this course but it was more of steep incline and getting high centered. The video didn’t really justify how steep it was from gate 7 to 10

Hey Brent, we can walk over the course and watch other people drive but not allowed to drive the course before the competition.

The bonus gates are set up to use a winch no matter what it seems like.. I thought bonus gates were to test skill not for a sure plus in points..

The course builders are trying to make bonus hard / no freebies... sometimes drivable, but not always.

In this video 3 of us were running Holmes Hobbies brushed motors and 2 were running 3brothersRC Yellowjacket brushless. I haven’t experienced axe system

Sam she is a gspeed v3. Ssd Diamond ar44 axle up front and vanquish portal in the rear

Definitely a lot of custom work was put into the bug. In my opinion, what components to use is important but what really counts is in the details - be it weight distribution, suspension tuning, and driving skill - these can only be gained by experience( a lot of trial and error )
