The annual SoCal Vintage VW Treffen is a show for 1961 and earlier Volkswagens. Hundreds of Beetles, Transporters, Karmann Ghias, and other interesting vehicles showed up to make this a great event.

Nice the iconic VW, i love karmann ghia, mr Mike, exhibition cars from tv or movies, george barris car's... the pink panther, lady Penélope from the thunderbids movie, Lincoln V of the classic tv movie the car, monster koach...

I've watched this video twice and I can not believe you can start a VW with a hand crank. Is that wild. Good job mike......Wayne

If it's a problem that I comment to much, i'll back it down some, I use this as a stress breaker and go into my office to have some down time. I don't do any other social media. Wayne

I appreciate the car culture you share with us in the Midwest. Our son lived a short time in your wacky state before he got out, and I did not get to make the rounds of car shows like I wanted to. So thank you for all your effort.

Thanks for something different Mike. We got VW's here in NZ but they were from oval windows up, lot's of them but where have they gone? Very rare to see split rears here, thanks for showing these in detail. Salmon and black seems a popular colour for Kombi busses.....nice!
