[4K] Whale Adventures Northern Lights Interactive Boat Ride at Europa Park. There are 2 indoor portions to the ride. One in the beginning of the ride and at the end of the ride where you can see whales and the Northern Lights.

Europa Park is the largest theme park in Germany. It's the 2nd most popular theme park in Europe after Disneyland Paris.

Unbelievable. Meanwhile Sea World San Diego makes a dark ride so bad ( Submarine Quest ) that it's demolished a year later. If only they had built this. This is a brilliant idea, and is executed well on what is probably the same ( or smaller ) budget. More places should be this innovative.

Years ago this was a very good Splash Battle, But then they build the barrikades so you cant soak the Other boats. So this Ride hast even on full days No waiting time. The time when it was a real Splash Battle you Always had to wait, on hot days a Long Time.

When they opened this ride they let you spray at people outside of the attraction. But maybe there were complains about that from uninvolved visitors and then they trimmed it. And now it’s boring. At least not funny. But still a beautiful ride.

A lot of things happens actually! The seals start to spray water back at you or move their heads as well as the seagulls if I remember well :)

@@glenpolen5562 Europapark is an incredible park with a lot of rides, and is well balanced : you have a good variety of dark rides, water rides, coasters, and so on, the sets are very cool even tho the theme isn't as much appealing as some universal licenses for example, but it's allways like this, europpean want to go to the US to try disney world universal, and so on, and us people want to come to europe to discover our heavily thematized parks

Is this compared to a USA DISNEY or 6 FLAGS? You are very correct, usa wants to visit there, and you guys want to visit here. With covid, i dont know how bad travel is. Imo, Disney wirld, florida is falling apart. To expensive, rides break down every other day, rides are closed. People are stranded on their rides. Its not as clean. Visitors are doing illegal things there, like getting off a slow ride. While in motion. Some People are dumb. I dont think i would ever visit Disney. Its been 20 yrs, and i wont go back.

You have working eyes right? Look at the footage. There's nothing to this ride! It's tediously slow, the water that sprays out of the guns is a very weak stream so you can't really hit anything, and the "animatronics" are static! Sure people will argue that "it's an immersive ride" and "you have to shoot the targets to make things happen", but I argue that even when no one is shooting the targets, the animatronics should *still* be moving to at least give the impression that the ride is broken and no one has bothered to fix it. A great ride allows you to still enjoy it if you're not "interacting" with it. The ride looks boring as piss! Plus look at what the other guests are wearing as they're walking around. Long, puffy jackets. Long jean trousers. They're all bundled up for winter, or at least for a downpour of rain, judging by the overcast, gray sky. This is a water ride, one that-- when working properly, allows you to soak other guests. No one wants to get soaked with water on a cold, rainy day!

Darling, let me enlighten you about these so-called "half-dark rides." If that quaint little boat excursion at the Disney World Jungle Cruise is considered a boat ride, then these other aquatic adventures are no different, regardless of their attempts at mystique. Caves, temples, buildings - pfft! Nothing but window dressing, my dears. Unless that vessel of yours suddenly sprouts wheels and decides to gallivant on dry land, you're still on a boat ride, plain and simple. (Though I must admit that such transformations do occur on occasion.) They're just dolling up the scenery around you like I change my hat pins. Oh, and don't blame our delightful channel host for this nonsense. No, no. This bit of absurdity comes straight from the clever little marketing departments working for the ride manufacturers.

It would probably be more interesting if they had one person doing the video and another actually shooting the targets. Really lose the impact of what the ride should be by just doing a float through.
