My family and I used to live here back in 2001. My parents bought it and completely restored it. The "tower" in the back was a tree house that my dad built for my siblings and I. It was such an incredibly beautiful house! It was so awesome being able to see my parents turn a house that was completely run down when they bought it into a gorgeous home! There are so many great memories attached to it!!

hey bro I've lived in perris my whole life 37 now and this house has always caught my eye driving by. I just saw your video and seen it was empty so yesterday I drove by and saw that the window was open and there was a hole in the gate. so I went in side pretty crazy and creepy lots of things left behind toys still laying around beds table couches. crazy house

Sad that this beautiful house no longer exists…it was burned down to the ground…only thing standing is that little play house watch tower. I remember the day it happened I was so devastated about it so please never delete this footage, it’s the only way to see it in all its glory now.

That house was very well built. Even the small lookout tower is still standing firm. Today's houses are built like prefab pieces of crap.

There is a house like this near me, between freeway on ramp and LA River (which is paved) because it diverts rain water to be processed. I was probably awesome before area was developed.

oh yes I seen this house the other day when I was driving around Perris. It intrigue me I wanted to look around the house . lol But then I seen cameras I didn't want them to call the cops on me. lol

This place is prime pickings for paranormal activity. U can feel the Erie chills from just looking it. Inside at night i wouldn't recommend it unless u have balls of steel. Good find.

The architecture of this house looks so out of place in Perris. All of the southwest from New Mexico, to Arizona, to Nevada, to SoCal has similar architecture. Then you got this thing.....errr or had.

The look out tower it belonged to someone paranoid perhaps a doomsday person. Most people like that reminds me of a third grade school play and Henny Penny. The sky is falling the sky is falling. People like that run from their own shadow and the only thing that kills them is old age. I dunno if that happened to him or her but the house looking a hundred years old it's a good guess. My mom and dad are not scared of anything. Living with someone paranoid would suck. Thank you for the video it was interesting.

Better to be safe than sorry. Why get in trouble by trespassing, good use of common sence. There is a big house for sale for $1. and they will give you $10,000. If you buy it. Catch !!! It belonged to some football player now dead & they claim it is an historical home. The land development people bought the house & property & they want the house moved just abit down the road so they can put tract houses there! It is a big beautiful house at least the pictures & video they showed was nice. But it would take way more than $10,000. to move & before it can be moved the house needs up dating & hazard aspastice (sp?) has to be removed & the electric up dated & all kinds of demands & they demand it stays looking the same as it is inside & out. You can't change the house without going through the so called 'historical' folks. The land development folks are crazy to think someone would be so stupid to fall for it ! IF it were so 'historical' than WHY MOVE IT?! I bought the Gorge Washington home & it's historical & I'll sell it for $1. ECT... Really?! Would that fly? Of course not and THAT house IS really historical !!! I'm afraid those greedy land folks will just tare that home down. A shame. But then who knows what the house might really look like.
