During the season, soccer players should not be run through extra conditioning before or after practice. It wastes tactical/technical time, increases injury risk, and gives girls diminishing performance returns because MOST girls are weak and don't strength train enough for their muscles to even handle this.
If soccer players feel "out of shape" or "not conditioned" they should do FOUR OTHER THINGS first before adding extra conditioning. It's not ALWAYS a lack of conditioning issue.
