It has helped me so much, I have a daughter with very complex needs, it was the best help that I found when surfing the net. An excellent infomative video Professor Clements, I have been waiting for 6 years for an assesment & carers assessment as with my council I have been informed that I have slipped through the loop three times, paperwork lost etc.

As having been an Informal Carer and 4 deaths occurring since the year 2000, with needs not correctly assessed, my local authority refutes all I endeavour to explain…to such extent, serious consequence in each case follows with possible early death that actually occurs, when matters could have been dealt. With respect, your lecture certainly is relevant to all I have year on year pleaded with reasonable explanation in countless emails. Thus, I am forwarding this URL, as not even the Counsellor’s, nor MP's it constituency concerns want to listen. The matter has been so serious, it has resulted in family division, a non-attended Cremation, and other consequence, I consider serious breech of human rights. Thus I am sending this URL, that someone will listen, as what has happened is unforgivable, and in appreciation Professor Luke Clements is spot-on, of the difficulties I personally have encountered.
