Damn i never comment, but this was what happend to me. My girlfriend wanted us to buy a house and i got into working to make that happen. I started feeling miserable and losing myself. The relationship ended, and i was lost. I started to get myself back by going to the gyme everymorning, started dancing started making new friends, started redefining myself. Im still in that process but im already becoming a better version of myself.

This exact situation happened to me with my wife of 15 years just this past week. Once I actually surrendered and threw in the towel and basically said, okay to divorce she completely flipped the script. Go figure.

Its so insane that people feel this way in relationships to me now. I used to be suicidal when my girlfriend cheated on me but that was in like 2019 2020. I cant imagine what that would feel like after really focusing on like accepting things as they are. It would feel crazy for me to ever take cheating personal at this point. Nothing feels personal anymore and the way I interact with people doesnt even allow for a personal attack to really even exist in real time. I just feel like anyones judgements or transgressions towards me are valid and I understand and respect them but they dont not move me in any way.
