Just to give you a glimpse Govt had monopoly over everything it did start well in the beginning but when govt started interfering too much in individual's lives the system broke on its own.
@shaharyarsabeeh76662 жыл бұрын
@@aftabnaveed sorry I don't agree with that. If all of that were true then more than 70% percent of the soviet population wouldn't have voted to keep the union in the referendum. Their was enough liberty in the workplace for everyone to contest, vote and give their criticism. This is well recorded by neutral historians who had travelled the soviet union. In my knowledge as far as the wage system is concerned, then it was either piece rate system wherein a base salary was given upon completion of the qouta and additional incomes (in a progressive manner) were given based on the extra work/ productivity they gave in. 60-75% of population worked under this. Secondly, the rest mostly were the time workers; they received incomes based on their time in work process individually. Also, people with better education progressed much rapidly than the others. So it is a myth that under socialism everyone would get the same incomes.

@Waqas Gulzar In capitalist democracy everyone is equal in the eyes of law. There are laws for anti discrimination and govt cannot treat people differently. Most people who benefit from social welfare programs don't contribute anything towards those programs in terms of taxes, hence your assumption that govt treats people depending upon their financial background is mere nonsense. The first reactionary talking point you mentioned can be debunked by pointing out the innovation is USSR and Cuba. And China too. Money often is not only not the motivation for innovation, it is often an excuse to keep the status quo. That is why US keeps sliding more and more into oil and gas consumption. They don't have the motivation to move to renewable energy like, for example, China.. Look at Cuban healthcare innovation. No profit motive involved and they have so much blockade from US but they developed vaccine for cancer, 5 different covid vaccines, etc etc

@@Suqrat400 I just want you to consider the fact that Russia went from being basically a rural feudal state pre-revolution to competing with the world's largest superpower and winning the space race in the span of a bit over half a century. Sorry Dr. Sb, totally and strongly disagree with what you said in this video. 1. Why is it assumed by Communists that all Capitalists are greedy? Many of the Capitalist Billionaires donate Billions of Dollars to different charities. Warren Buffet (Greedy, Selfish Capitalist and one of the greatest investors worth $100 Billion) has donated more than 99% of his wealth to several charities after his death. Recently Word Food Org asked Elon Musk (Wealthiest Greedy and Selfish man in the world) that if he give only 2% of his wealth ($6 Billion) they can end world hunger. Within weeks Elon donated $6 Billion to World Food Org. I can list many more examples. 2. No Capitalist says that in a Communist regime, every one will have the same salary, it's just simply goes against "Common sense" - how can a doctor and janitor salary be the same? 3. Capitalists argue that Communism kills incentive to work. In other words it "disincentivizes" work. You can see this in the large public sector entitles (PIA, Railways, Pak Steel etc) run by govt and incurring billions of losses every year, where workers say "Sanoo ki, sadi nokri tay paki hay". They have the incentive Not to work. 4. I was shocked that you mentioned Na-Pak Army (Most Corrupt Army in the world) run entities. These entities are rife with corruption and a parasite sucking the hard earned tax money of people. have you ever seen any audit reports of these entities? Their losses are simply covered by our tax money. By the way they also run DHA and Bharia. town A by product of these corrupt Na=Pak Army run entities are Papa John pizzas (just a tip of the ice berg) and many more to be revealed
@samanwaysanket123452 жыл бұрын
You are just another victim of capitalist propaganda. Communist don't use the word "greedy" To define capitalist. You exposed yourself then and there. And as for the donation, I am 100% sure you don't know that it is just a method to avoid taxation. By creating a subsidiary of their own company and donating to it, their net taxable income is reduced and the money they donated is never used. In 2018 or 2019,it was estimated that bill and melinda Gates Foundation just used 5% of the amount for charity work since 2010,even though the amount allocated was in millions. I can explain dozens of other economic methods and practices, these capitalist pigs 🐷 use to loot the working class and avoid taxation.
@samanwaysanket123452 жыл бұрын
The net taxation rate for Jeff Bezos in 2018 was 0.2% . And Elon musk didn't pay any taxes for 2 years straight. Both got huge government contracts, subsidies and bailout. Amazon space program went into a loss and congress brought up 10 billion dollars bailout package for it. You can look that up if you like.

And how we bring competition if means of production become public because most govt are mire on try to provide instead of bringing new products for example we don't have that much of products if capitalism doesn't exist How do we have internet and companies like Starlink who aims to provide internet through satellite all over the world, most govt can't afford this high investment and rich countries invest in it they impose condition on countries who receives service and have more power over that country, but the capitalists just aims for profit no other conditions as a comparison. So, in socialism, if the means of production aren't owned by capitalists, who owns it then? Is it owned by the state? or by workers? or by the community? Which community? Or by the entire population of a country? I mean, in Pakistan, if there are 24 crore people and only 3 crore acres of arable land, so these 24 crore people will own collectively 3 crore pieces of land? What happens with the profit of the means of production? Does the state take it? Or is it divided equally among workers? Or the profit is again invested in making the means of production better? If the means of production are owned by the state, isn't it risky if some kind of crazy person sits on the throne and tries to use it for his personal benefit?

Good point bro! This is a major plus for capitalist society. I think a communist state will always lag behind a capitalist state in terms of science, technology, innovation and market because capitalist system's greedy nature of leadership is very powerful than the responsibility oriented work force in communism. A communist state will need to isolate it's population from capitalist state in order to keep them loyal to socialism with the outdated state of science and technology as compared to the capitalist state's.

Sir some people try to distinguish Socialism, Capitalism and Communism. For example, they say that socialism is a soft version of communism (Dr. Munawar Sabir). Another example is that communism favours dictatorship while socialism favours democracy (social democracy)... Some people use these three words (Socialism, Capitalism and Marxism) interchangeably. Sir please tell us whether there is any difference among them or not. Thank you.
@Comrade_Zaz2 жыл бұрын
don't ask him for marx socialism and Communism are the same think if you read him you will notice that marx uses both words interchangeably Also Marx, never said communism to be an alternative system to Capitalism he saw it as a movement which is beyond Capitalism, like how Capitalism (and the many struggle against monarchism caused it) was beyond Feudalism. For marx Communism would be a fundamentally different by core, it won't even have commodity production or money. Marx never made a blue print on how so called communist society would look like (hence the confusion) he was more interested in the functions of Capitalism (hence his main book is called CAPITAL: critique of the political economy, and was not called COMMUNISM: How to make it) and society in general. while thinking that the fall of Capitalism (mode of production, in which commodities, Free market and private property for expanding capital is the norm) would be caused by the working class movements (note by working class, Marx meant anyone who earns a wage meaning both so called blue and white collar workers). Marx also saw Capitalism to be an important step before communism, as it helps in industrialisation. For Marx communism/socialism (he used them interchangeably) isn't when government does stuff, it isn't even government controls properly and it isn't even government controls commodity import, export and production ie it isn't when government does capitalism. Marx views state property just to be private property of the state. He views that, if the state is the one controlling commodity production then it is state-capitalism not socialism/communism. Marx and his friend Engels, made fun of social democrats who only saw socialism just when government controls stuff. "Marxists" are the people believe in "Marxism" ( Marx theories ), however marx himself was against the word as it glorifies him. Engles his best friend said "Marxism" is the worst thing ever happened to Marx's work. Marx wanted his work to be the the steeping one for a new form of science. A science doesn't the anaylsis the natural but rather the social world basically what we now call social sciences/sociology. Marx's science is different than others as he believes the world and only be seen in connection in one another.

Imagine the scale of corruption when Govt owns every bit of your life. They interfere and tell you what to do and what not to do. Imagine you living with a conscious but not unable to use it to exercise your freedom.

No wonder Soviets collapsed. It cannot exist in this day and age. Sure there should be social equality but you can't stop one working hard and making more compare to someone who is lazy or out of ideas.

Hm, interesting concept but the practical implication is vague. I mean the most important element to consider here is the drive... I think the drive to advance in the modern world is directly linked to the reward which in almost all cases is more profits. With Socialism in place, how would you incentivize the people to put in 16-20 hours a day if they are expected to work 9-5 only. And all technological advancements have been made by people going above and beyond their 9-5. Also, if you have worked in a large company, you might know how bureaucratic the environment is and the last thing you want to do is to give its ownership to the entity that's known for its bureaucratic flaws (Govt).

Honestly speaking, I think humanity never demand for progress (health care excluded), everyone is happy today unless something new arrives tomorrow today's world will not lose it's charm. World seemed much peaceful place 20 years ago too. But yes, the progress gap between capitalist and communist states will result in people losing interest in communism, because as human we value hustle bustle of technology more than peace of mind. 🙂
