@@nico77212I would expect them to have more than 1 Braincell. Why would a variety streamer join a game you have to invest a lot of time into? What did they expect? Lol The concept shows that you have to invest time into it. Most just see people getting views and get fomo because that's all they care about. I expect it from streamers(variety especially) but always wish for some authenticity that will never come because viewers like you eat up trends over authenticity and make excuses for them
@nico772127 ай бұрын
@ditokelio7860 if anything, you need to get more braincells cuz as the main thread suggests, it's a clout move. Now I would also put the blame on the one that invited them for knowing who they are inviting and ofcourse they would still invite them cuz they as well bring clout and traffic towards the guild. So it benefits both parties the only person that's emotionally invested here is you. Even the guy that created the guild with a bunch of streamers knows that it's a business move.
@ditokelio78607 ай бұрын
@@nico77212 these people begged and used connections to join the guild. It wasn't just a simple invite. They asked for favours, received them and didn't repay. The people inviting didn't know majority, they just got a friend asking if their friend can join. I have no emotions invested, I only watch most of Ravs or occasional Soda vid. I don't watch much because I know I don't like the attitude or content of people like Mizkif. If you're saying I'm invested because I commented with my opinion then idk what to tell you, I typed it out in less than 5 mins while watching the video.

I've only played two games with a guild system and have never found an issue with the policy of getting kicked for being inactive or non-participation, yeah I understand admins don't want a dead guild full of members who just lurk in the background. But in this case, why are people getting triggered and projecting themselves onto the streamers who got kicked, absolute brainrot behavior. But sure, go ahead and join a hardcore server/guild instead of a casual one, then cry if you get kicked for being a ghost.

Hmm this really turns me away from ever playing wow. Was gonna try it after ff14 but im not so sure if this is how the community behaves. Hardcore mmo is not fun when you got elitist jerkin eachother off like this. If the goal is to be #1 and ignoring the main aspect of gaming, to have fun, then I want no part of it. This is unfortunate as wow looked like a promising next mmo to go through. And to the weirdos that might read this. Its OK to ha e opinions on things. Its OK to voice your opinion on things. Dont be weird.
@selly-sel7 ай бұрын
If you're interested in Classic WoW, you might run into this issue. Classic tends to have this type of attitude. There's lots of good people in WoW, its just streamers tend to pull in the worse of them. Retail WoW should be better if you were to give it a try! RP servers might interest you, you don't have to RP, but the community there is always playing for the fun of the game. Normal servers should be fine as well, you'll just notice much more of a community on RP servers. Every community has loud bad apples and their issues, so I don't blame you for not wanting to give the game a try after seeing these.
@samwisegamgee35967 ай бұрын
@selly-sel thank you very much for the suggestion and giving me an ease of mind! Retail wow it is ^.^ . And yeah, I shouldn't judge an entire community based off of this. But it definitely doesn't help the stigma. Will look past this and focus on the good :)
@stephensmith41247 ай бұрын
This is common practice in mobile games and eventually your left with 5 or 6 friends who just play constantly and the bar is set so high noone can scale it. If you have to be in a separate guild and get max level and gear before you enter then what is the point jeopardising your solid position in the guild you've grown and built up in, just to be kicked 4 days later because you went on holiday. He has no life outside the game and then is given power, it won't last.
