This is the PART1 version which is a high heel dance version from Yeji's choreography. The 2nd version will be uploaded within this week.
Please note that this is a long and in-depth explanation. For those who are fast learners please wait for my short video version.
I divided it into 3 parts and each part has a slow version for you to practice.

I'm just going to modify it somehow. I'm thinking of turning it into a front split but still leaning forward like that? Cus I'm much more flexible in my front right split than my middle split. For anyone not flexible at all, I'd say sit on your but in an m shape (your knees bent outward) and do a similar movement maybe?
