Sofa Tray Table

Nothing is worse than sitting down in the middle of the couch to watch your favorite show and suddenly realize you’ll have to stretch across to an end table to set your drink or snack down.
Wouldn’t a moveable little tray table be the perfect item right about then? I did too, so I made one just so I can keep from pulling something while sitting around doing nothing.

Mystery solved! Great looking little table Matt. I foresee at least one opportunity for chain taco-ing while watching TV. One question...I'd like to get a bigger capacity miter saw from a 10 inch dual bevel. What's your opinion of the Craftsman? Lowes has a 10 inch slider for a decent price. Thanks for the great idea!

Thanks for watching! I did make it long enough to hold several tacos at a time. As for the saw, this particular one I’m not a fan of and it requires a lot of constant tweaking and even then I don’t completely trust the results, so thankfully I use it purely for rough dimensioning. If I were to get a new one, it would be something else, at this point I don’t know what it would be.
