I just love how Sofie always comes up with new stuff to do all the time and it never fails to make me smile. "Didn't fail to disappoint"? I think you've got one too many negatives in there, friend. :> And yeah, agreed about more of the challenges being strength-based than contortion-based. Spinning on the ring was definitely in her favor and maybe the backflips but nothing else seemed quite as tilted to her as weightlifting and car-pulling were to him.
