Material :
2 egg yolks
30 grams milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
30 grams cake flour
Meringues:
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
35 grams sugar
Tiramisu Glaze:
200 ml hot water
30 grams sugar
10 grams white coffee
50 grams powdered milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water to dissolve the cornstarch
- Egg weight including shell, total 124 grams (using big egg), small egg is ok.
