Today I'm showing you my super soft layer cake. The Turkish cuisine has the so-called „Ağlayan Pasta“, which means "crying cake“. It's a layer cake that's usually prepared with Krem Santi in Turkey. Personally I'm not a fan of Krem Santi, which is why I've prepared a light and airy custard. I'm finishing this off with a tender chocolate glaze and our cake is ready for you to enjoy 👌❤️

60 g of sunflower oil
220 g of flour
1 packet of baking powder (around 2 tsp)
30 g of baking cocoa
220 ml of milk for soaking
For the custard:
1 litre of milk
100 g of sugar

1 packet of vanilla custard powder (37 g)
60 g of butter
For the chocolate glaze:
250 g of milk chocolate couverture
120 g of whipping cream
