Hi! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial for a soft, fluffy, and totally scrumptious loaf bread recipe with a nice vibrant Ube filling then topped with a smooth buttercream and lots of cheese. Let's start!
Ingredients:
For the dough:
1st Class Flour 330 g
Sugar 50 g
Yeast 1 tsp.
Powdered milk 33 g
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla 1 tsp.
Margarine 50 g
Egg 1 pc.
Water 125 ml
For the Ube filling:
Kamote 1 kilo
Condensed milk 390 g
Evaporated Milk 360 ml
Ube flavoring 1 tbsp.
Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
For the Buttercream:
Butter or Margarine 75 g
Cream Cheese 15 g
Powdered Sugar 100 g
