OMG YES! My favourite mod covered by the wholesome cherry himself! Great video Merg! Btw, it has been confirmed by one of the composers that the vocals are indeed different, it's because since BF wants to become a painter in this one he struggles to sing sometimes.

Man the music in this mod is impeccable, I love the drama and emotion in them, especially in week 3 or the last songs in week 2 and 5. Also I really like this mod for another reason which is that it is surprisingly relatable to me personally, I've had similar issues in my life, thankfully without domestic abuse, I'm so sorry for any whos had to go through such unjust cruelty. But I was expected to do something I didn't want and be someone I didn't, all my family are very sportsy, they wanted me to be a hurler (An Irish Sport) like my brother, father and grandfather. So I was made join a local hurling team for years and I hated it, so I eventually refused to keep doing it much to the dismay of my family and I wanted to go my own way, which believe it or not was doing art, and writing, my family kept trying to get me back to hurling but I still refused, eventually they mostly gave up, even though sometimes they still try to convince me. As for relationships, I haven't been directly asked to be with a particular person, but my parents are always subtlety trying to get me to meet up with a childhood friend of mine to hopefully get with her, problem is, it's been years since we last spoke. My parents also haven't fully accepted that I'm Bi yet, but they are making great progress, my brother has already accepted it, I love my family but like all families, they always have disagreements. So there's my story. Don't let anyone change who you are and what you want to be. Your perfect just who you are.

Huh, that actually got me a lot more invested than I expected. Even tho the whole trope of shipping a character who has a girlfriend in the source material with someone else and making them a gay couple can often come off as weird and fanservice-y, it didn't take long before it actually started to feel natural, and they end up using it to push their own narrative further with the whole 'the original BF is who I was supposed to be' angle. Honestly, some great stuff overall, probably my new favourite FNF mod.

I’m pretty sure the devs are planning to make every week have original songs in the next update! I think they also plan to give mom and dad more original sprites.

34:50 Sounds like an arranged marriage; BF and GF's parents decided (likely from the day the pair met as children) that they would eventually marry each other regardless of their actual feelings. It sounds like GF's been brainwashed by her parents her whole life and completely bought into the narrative their parents created, hence why she flies off the handle when BF tells her he's not going back (essentially denying her a 'happy ending' by rejecting her).

Its really interesting how just a bit of well written lore can make ordinary songs feel so unique. Even though there were no real "gimmicks" on most of the songs (except for the last week) I never found myself bored when playing this!

fun fact: in the original game BF obtains a lot of health if he do a holding note however in the mods they make that you only obtain very little HP thats why in the final week BF regens a lot of health holding a note but you don't.

I can relate to the aspect where Soft has just all these unrealistic and over inflated expectations of the exact person he "should" be. Kinda been dealing with that my entire life. It's like because Im blind, I have to do something amazing with my life to make up for it because people assume Im super intelligent and resilient, when in reality, Im about average, and very easily discouraged, and honestly just perfectly content with getting by. Im lucky to say though, my parents aren't colosal pieces of s&*t like Soft's though. not perfect, but at least supportive.

In canon FNF BF has green health so that's a refrence that this is an alternate timelime where softie goes against his parents. 5. There is a Jojo's Bizzare Adventure in credits, first beeing a word Dio (main antagonist), second beeing danni, a refrence to Japanese(?) "What?" (NANI), third beeing StarDustTunes(a second part of season 2 named Star Dust Crusaders).
