Tonight I bring you a compilation of super soft and gentle ear to ear ASMR triggers so you can listen to in bed to fall asleep. You can listen with your eyes closed to make it easier to drift off!
This will include ear to ear close up whispering, super soft cork tapping, water globes, fidget toys, carton box tapping and very gentle crinkles, all done at a relatively slow pace.

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

Offering another option you might consider (you can still watch ASMR videos, of course). Brad Yates EFT tapping for PTSD video(s). I was acquainted with someone who guided clients using EFT tapping for PTSD. He said personal guidance is more effective, but no harm in trying a "generic" guide that you can find online.

I think this one wins the ASMR today. I like your style, it’s not over the top so it feels more organic. These triggers are very high quality and your velvety voice really adds to the serene experience. I also feel like you go on with a trigger for a good while but not long enough for it to become old. I think that quality is what distinguishes you from everyone else.

I love asmr and i love water sounds!! But i think the water sounds was overwhelming with the tapping and stuff. Maybe make the water sounds a lil quieter next time ❤
