Shrove Friday I could not help but make a fried dessert, the SOFT CHIACCHIERE with LEMON, an alternative to the classic chat, frappe, rags, Crostoli etc. They are easy, very fast, soft and scented with Lemon. If you don't want to use wine, you can replace it with milk!

Ingrediants:
500 g flour 00
2 eggs
50-60 g Sugar
50 g Butter
140 g White wine (or milk)
2 teaspoons of instant yeast for cakes
1 Lemon
1 pinch of salt
Peanut or sunflower oil for frying
