As a disabled person, I would worry if I was made to use this software at my workplace. I would urge D&I officers to avoid social skills training that suggests there is only one way to communicate.

Thanks for your comment Ricky - you raise an important point. We wouldn't advocate for making VR training compulsory in an organisation, and would always recommend an online version too. That's why we created online practice exercises (virtualspeech.com/exercises) in addition to the VR, so that anyone can practice their own communication style on-demand.
