The tingles and how my brain just melted into relaxation is something I've struggled with for a while. But this is now my go to ASMR video. I can't even begin to describe how much this has helped . I can't wait to get home from work tomorrow and plug my headphones in tomorrow after a long day at work just to hear this again to put my body , mind and soul at ease. Thank you so much for this 🩷
