Those affirmations about being safe and loved were so reassuring. I am struggling with PTSD and always feel so much worse around this time of year but just hearing things like this put me at ease and made me feel slightly better. Thank you for everything you do Emma!

This is by far one of my FAVOURITE asmr videos, literally all I could ask for in one video…rain, positive reassurance, and whispering. This really helped putting me to sleep after having an anxiety attack. You should make a video that is helping someone through a panic attack, it’s comforting hearing ppl say “you are safe” and “everything will be okay” simplest words have the biggest impacts.

Emma, thank you so much for this video. this really became a staple for me over a period of months! which is kinda crazy to relisten to something so often but it resonated so well. i became obsessed with the thunder and rain sounds, wondering if they were real or just a combination of other sounds to mimic it? having such low rumbly noises like the thunder is the reason why i come back to this video often. i hope you make another similar video again because its outstanding !! 💖💞

Wonderful video, Emma. I’m several hours late watching this, but man was it worth the wait. It is also the beginning of storm season where I am in the world, so although it was a relatively calm day in terms of weather today, the theme of this video was definitely well timed. Everything sounded wonderful in this. I especially enjoyed the wooden bead, soft bristled hair brush, hair brushing and cooling roller ball sounds, as well as the face touching and brushing in this, so thank you for including all of those. Loving the mild thunderstorm and the wood sounds. Here recently I discovered alternative tingles... in my youth I'd hang out with my uncle and cousins in the garage while they would work on their cars. I found the Vice Grip Garage channel. I call him the Bob Ross of automitive... he's just so even keel, the sounds of him tinkering with tools the sound of him turning over the ignition trying to crank a vehicle that's been sitting abandoned for 20 plus yeara in a barn or wherever. Its pretty cool if you ask me. May seem like an odd trigger, but it works. I'm digging the hell out of this video. Its been a while since I've commented, but I've been enjoying the content. Much 💜💜💜💜
